Postal Entry Route

Free entry into a Competition (including both Standard Competitions and Instant Win Competitions) is available only where the conditions below are fully complied with.

1. Postal entries must be sent using prepaid first or second class mail to the following address: Flat 28, Old Inn House, 2 Carshalton Road, Sutton, SM1 4RA, United Kingdom;
2. Hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be included in any Competition draw or prize allocation process;
3. Each entry must include the following information
   ▪ the Competition you wish to enter
   ▪ your full name
   ▪ your date of birth
   ▪ your postal/residential address
   ▪ a valid telephone number and email address
   ▪ the correct answer to the Competition Question where applicable.
4. Entries that are incomplete, unclear, damaged, or unreadable may be treated as invalid and removed from the Competition;
5. Multiple free entries may be submitted for a Competition unless a specific entry limit applies. Any maximum number of permitted entries per Entrant will be shown on the relevant Competition page on the Website. Each free entry must be posted separately. Multiple entries submitted within one envelope or postcard will be treated as a single entry only;
6. Free entries for a Standard Competition must arrive before the advertised Closing Date and before all entries/tickets have been fully allocated. Entries received within 48 hours of the Closing Date and/or after all tickets have been allocated may, at the Promoter’s discretion, be transferred to a future Competition of similar value where availability remains. Entries received after the Competition has fully closed may not be entered into any Competition. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery or proof of entry into the draw;
7. Free entries for an Instant Win Competition must be received before all available tickets have been allocated or, where entries remain available, no later than forty-eight (48) hours after the Closing Date in order to qualify;
8. If the maximum number of entries has already been reached before your free postal entry is received, your entry will not be processed for that Competition or any replacement Competition unless otherwise stated above;
9. Entrants must have a registered account on the website/app before a free entry can be processed, and all details provided with the entry must match the account information exactly.
